Bianca Steer works exclusively on originating and executing projects on behalf of our infrastructure funds. She leads consortiums through the bid and development phases of major public-private partnership (P3) and alternative financing projects. Bianca has spent the last 19 years delivering infrastructure projects in Australia and North America for county, city, state/provincial and federal government clients across all delivery models.
Prior to joining Fengate, Bianca worked for Plenary Americas and Capella Capital Lend Lease focused on infrastructure P3 projects across origination, design, construction and operations phases.
Bianca holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in Project Management from the Australian National University and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville).
