Avery Marsh joined Fengate in 2026 and focuses on origination within the facility services sector, developing external relationships and identifying both platform and add-on investment opportunities.

Prior to Fengate, Avery worked in Enterprise Strategy at Scotiabank, partnering closely with senior leadership to support growth initiatives and key strategic priorities.

Avery holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University.
