Andrew Denuzzo
Vice President, Commercial Asset Management
Andrew Denuzzo is a senior member of the Fengate Real Estate team and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of all Fengate-managed commercial assets.
Andrew is also responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans for the assets with a focus on leasing profile, property upgrades and improvements, intensification through development opportunities, capital structure, and hold/sell review analysis based upon financial and market opportunities and trends.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2019, Andrew was a member of the global product and asset management team at Manulife Asset Management with a focus on real estate and private debt.
Andrew is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree in finance from the University of Western Ontario.
