Andrea McLean
Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Asset Management
Andrea McLean is a senior member of Fengate’s Infrastructure team and is responsible for overseeing the asset management of Fengate’s Infrastructure Yield Fund and public-private partnerships (P3) portfolio. Andrea is responsible for oversight of construction and operations of each project, as well as performance analysis. She oversees a team of asset managers to ensure proactive engagement with partners so that highly complex projects are completed on time and on budget and, during operations, that asset performance and stakeholder expectations are achieved while maximizing value for investors.
Previously with Infrastructure BC, Andrea has spent her career working in the PPP industry, both on the public and private side. She has held roles in all project phases across the sectors of health, transportation, government, and education.
Andrea holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and an Honours Bachelor of Science from McGill University.
