Alexander Glassman is Managing Director, Real Estate, U.S. Investments, and leads Fengate’s real estate investment strategy across the United States (U.S.). Based in the firm’s Miami office, he is responsible for developing market insights in priority U.S. geographies, originating and executing new investment opportunities, and cultivating key industry relationships that support the growth of Fengate’s expanding U.S. platform.

Alexander brings more than a decade of hands‑on investing experience spanning multifamily, affordable and workforce housing, student housing, hospitality, and healthcare‑adjacent sectors. His expertise includes structured debt and equity, as well as municipal and tax‑exempt financing, with a proven track record in sourcing and structuring complex transactions. Prior to joining Fengate, he served as Managing Director at Fundamental Advisors LP, where he led originations, credit underwriting, and capital markets activity, managing a US$3.0 billion portfolio of multifamily and affordable housing properties. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
