Tippett Park Wins CFAA Award

Fengate is pleased to share that 20 Monte Kwinter Court (Tippett Park) in Toronto was recently awarded Rental Development of the Year (Mid-Rise) 2022 by the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA). The Rental Development of the Year award recognizes a company which has achieved excellence in the development of a new rental housing project for under 500 units, and was judged on the overall creativity, suite design, curb appeal, amenities, environmental quality, efficient use of space and functionality of the floor plans.

On behalf of our investor, the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada, Fengate partnered with Shiplake Properties to develop this purpose-built rental property. 20 Monte Kwinter Court is a mid-rise building located at 401 and Allen Road in Toronto, featuring a striking façade of cantilevered balconies with city views and private ground floor terraces.
