Mohit Kansal joins Fengate as Managing Director, Private Equity

Fengate is pleased to announce that on September 3 Mohit Kansal joined the firm as Managing Director, Private Equity.

As a senior member of Fengate Private Equity’s team, Mohit will lead investment decision-making and due diligence, develop market strategies, and manage operations and investor relations.

Prior to joining Fengate in 2024, Mohit served as a Managing Director at the Clairvest Group, a $3Bn+ mid-market firm, where he spent eight years focusing on the Gaming and Facility Services sectors. Prior to Clairvest, Mohit worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company for five years. Mohit holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto. He has previously served on the boards of Meriplex Communications, Head Digital Works, and FSB Technology.
