Lou Serafini featured in OCS article: Infrastructure – Building a New Ontario Economy

As a follow up to the 17th annual State of the Industry & Outlook Conference hosted by the Ontario Construction Secretariat on March 9th, the OCS has published an article based on the panel  “Building the Infrastructure Projects that will Transform Ontario’s Economy”. Lou and his fellow panel participants — Chris Giannekos, associate Deputy Minister, Ministry of Infrastructure, Ontario; Jeff Lehmann, Mayor, City of Barrie; Jeff Moore, Assistant Deputy Minister, Infrastructure Canada; and moderator Janet Ecker, President and Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Financial Services Alliance — discussed and exchanged views on transformative infrastructure projects for the province, innovation in financing, bundling, the new infrastructure bank, and priorities to solve the current infrastructure gaps, among other key topics.
