Jennifer Honey Brannon appointed as Fengate’s Chief Human Resources Officer

Fengate is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Honey Brannon as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective January 1, 2023.

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience, innovation and vision to her new role. She is an accomplished human resources executive and trusted advisor responsible for the firm’s People focus and strategy, including talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. She serves on the firm’s Executive team and directly oversees Fengate’s human resources, internal operations, and marketing and communications teams.

Fengate has achieved Platinum Club member status as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, retaining this designation since 2007. Under Jen’s tenure in her previous role as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Internal Operations, the firm has expanded its recognition including Waterstone Human Capital’s 2022 Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures™, certification as a Great Place to Work®, and being named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ as well as one of Canada’s Best Workplaces for Women, for Inclusion, in Financial Services and Insurance, for Professional Development, in Ontario, and for Today’s Youth.

With more than 20 years of experience innovating and transforming companies in a variety of sectors, from hospitality to engineering to financial technology, Jen has led the HR departments of Financeit, PCW Group and MCW Group of Companies, and held senior leadership roles at Cara Operations.  Jen holds a Hons. BA from the University of Guelph, and a postgraduate in Human Resources Management.
