Fengate’s Andrea McLean is a panelist at Canadian Healthcare Infrastructure West

Fengate was a Premier Exhibit Sponsor of The Canadian Institute’s Canadian Healthcare Infrastructure West conference in Vancouver, BC, on April 26 and 27. The focus of the conference was the different issues affecting healthcare infrastructure throughout Western Canada, including an aging demographic, implementing new technologies and understanding how to negotiate change within a DBFM.

Andrea McLean, Fengate’s Facility Operations Director for Western Canada, was a speaker on the P3 Operations: Successes and Challenges Beyond Construction panel. With many P3 projects now coming to maturity in British Columbia, this session highlighted the panelists’ expertise and experience in moving a project beyond completion, and delivering the best value in operations. In her role as Facility Operations Director, Andrea serves as liaison requires her to manage and coordinate a number of projects, and acts as the point of contact between Fengate, the client and the consortium during the project concession period. In addition, Andrea successfully manages and resolves contractual issues relating to the performance of the assets under her direction.
