Fengate opens Le Saint Germain Phase III

A special ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Tuesday, September 12, for the opening of Fengate’s new residential complex, Le Saint Germain Phase III, located in Dieppe, New Brunswick.

The public, current and new tenants, project partners, and Mayor Yvon Lapierre and Dieppe city officials joined Fengate team representatives Marco di Carlantonio, Managing Partner, Michael Kowalczyk, Vice President, and Adam Forgione, Analyst, to welcome this newest addition to Dieppe’s urban landscape.

Le Saint Germain Phase III is part of a vibrant Fengate owned and managed development named The Village on Dieppe Boulevard. Comprising multi-tiered working, living and leisure environments, The Village offers apartment complexes, lofts, commercial and retail spaces, and mixed-use developments with residential and commercial spaces combined.
