Fengate Asset Management (Fengate) is pleased to announce the addition of two new senior members to its growing Real Estate Asset Management team, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to excellence in real estate operations and investment strategy.

Jennifer Matthews, Vice President, Commercial Asset Management

Matthews brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a background spanning investments, development, valuations, asset management, and leasing. Prior to joining Fengate, she spent a decade at Choice REIT, where she held progressively senior roles, most recently serving as Director, Commercial Development. During her tenure, she led the firm’s national retail intensification strategy and managed its largest development initiative – a 340-acre, 6.5 million square foot industrial park in Caledon, Ontario.

Matthews will be based in Fengate’s Oakville and Toronto offices and will lead the strategic planning and execution for Fengate’s commercial portfolio, including asset management, leasing, financial analysis, asset valuation, and the identification of value-add opportunities to drive investor returns.

Tony Visconti, Vice President, Commercial Property Management

Visconti joins Fengate with over 17 years of experience in commercial property management, most recently from Panattoni Development Company/Cap Ontario Inc. There, he was responsible for over 12 million square feet of industrial space and led the development of CAP’s ESG program, which included BOMA Best and Energy Star certifications, GRESB reporting, utility benchmarking, and carbon reduction targets.

Visconti will oversee all property management functions across the Fengate commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring operational excellence across the firm’s expanding commercial portfolio.

“As we continue to scale Fengate’s integrated real estate platform, these appointments reflect our investment in best-in-class talent and our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers and investors,” said John-Bosco Agbasi, Managing Director, Asset Management. “Jennifer and Tony bring deep expertise, a customer first mindset, and a shared passion for excellence and execution. Their leadership will be instrumental in driving performance and enhancing the value of our assets.”
