The Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility which has serviced the healthcare needs of the greater Oakville area since 2015. 

The 1.6 million-square-foot hospital has more than 450 patient beds, and houses 40 healthcare, medical, and administrative departments. The facility features an ten-storey tower with patient and operating rooms, a five-storey tower for complex continuing care and rehabilitation, and a four-storey therapeutic and diagnostic imaging ward, all connected by a two-storey podium. 

The Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital was the largest healthcare transaction in Ontario at time of financial close.
