LAX Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility

On-time delivery of the largest ConRAC in the U.S.

The Los Angeles International Airport Consolidated Rent-A-Car (LAX ConRAC) is a 6.3 million square foot facility the brings multiple rental car companies under one roof. The Fengate-led consortium delivered the project on schedule under a design, build, finance, operate, and maintain contract. 

The facility houses 18,000 parking stalls, 6,000 ready/return spaces, 10,000 idle vehicle storage spaces, 1,100 rental car employee spaces, visitor parking, a Quick-Turn-Around facility for the fueling, washing, and light maintenance of rental car vehicles, and 186 fueling stations. 

Excellence in sustainability

The facility has several sustainability honors, including an Energy and Operational Carbon Design Merit award from the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Los Angeles chapter, and LEED Gold v4 certification from USGBC’s national assembly.
