Lambton College Student Residence

Delivering the first on-campus student residence at Lambton College 

Lambton College Student Residence is a new on-campus student residence at Lambton College in Sarnia. Fengate is co-developer and equity investor for the purpose-built student residence through a 99-year land lease with Lambton College, which selected Fengate and Tilbury Properties to design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain the new student accommodation under a public-private partnership. 

The new residence will provide much-needed accommodation to 311 college students when it opens in September 2027. 

Its design incorporates energy-efficient systems and sustainable building materials to minimize its environmental footprint and will include landscaped green spaces to enhance the campus environment.
