JFK Terminal 6 Redevelopment

Bringing additional capacity to New York’s busiest airport 

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey selected JFK Millennium Partners to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a new passenger terminal on the former Terminal 6 and existing Terminal 7 sites at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK Airport). Fengate is an equity partner alongside American Triple I Partners. 

The first gates are scheduled to open in 2026, with full project completion by 2028. The project targets LEED Silver certification. 

The new terminal is part of the US$19 billion modernization of one of the busiest international gateway airports in the United States.
