Fengate Infrastructure acquired eStruxture Data Centers (eStruxture) in June 2024, following an initial investment by the firm’s Private Equity business in 2017. 

eStruxture is the largest Canadian-owned data center provider with 16 locations in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary.
