Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse

Meeting the modern civic needs of Clackamas County

Fengate and our consortium partners were selected to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a new courthouse for Clackamas County. The courthouse was completed in less than three years and opened on schedule in May 2025. 

Designed to serve the community for decades to come, the modern and sustainable replacement courthouse improves the efficiency and safety of the local judicial system with 16 modern courtrooms, 20 judicial chambers, district attorney offices, and safe corridors for courthouse users. 

The facility achieved LEED Gold certification and is expected to achieve an annual greenhouse gas reduction of 62.2% during operations.
