Prairie Switch Wind is a 160-megawatt greenfield wind development project that is expected to reach commercial operations in the fourth quarter of 2023. The project was acquired in late-stage development with the benefit of having full site control, an executed interconnection agreement, and permits.

Fengate completed development of the project, including entering into a long-term, fixed price power purchase agreement with Facebook for 100% of the project’s production. This project will generate electricity to power over 54,000 homes annually, reducing overall carbon emissions and greenhouse gases.
