In June 2025, Yield Fund reached financial close on Lambton College Student Life Residence in Sarnia, Canada. This P3 project encompasses the design, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance of a 311-bed student life residence through a 99-year land lease. The two-year construction period is set to begin in July 2025, with comprehensive liquidated penalties enforced for any delays. The project will benefit from a 35-year revenue and occupancy guarantee from Lambton College. The project will have long-term operating cost protection through Lambton College’s retention of certain variable cost exposure during operations. This new investment expands Yield Fund’s P3 portfolio and supports efforts to provide reliable on-campus student housing in Ontario.
