Bianca Steer works exclusively on our infrastructure funds. She is focused on bid management and supporting transactions into execution.
Bianca has spent the last 17 years delivering infrastructure projects in Australia and North America for county, city, state and federal government clients.
Prior to joining Fengate, Bianca worked for Plenary Americas and Capella Capital focused on infrastructure P3 projects across origination, design, construction and operations phases.
Bianca holds a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Project Management from the Australian National University and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville).
