Laurel O’Neil
Director, Internal Operations
Laurel O’Neil oversees Fengate’s daily office operations to ensure consistently exceptional internal and external stakeholder experiences across our corporate offices in Canada and the United States. In this role, Laurel is instrumental in the delivery of operational projects, collaborating with our service providers, enhancing the office services available to our staff, and supporting employee engagement. Laurel is responsible for establishing and delivering the strategic direction for the firm’s office operations and works with corporate services to ensure these strategies have been delivered.
Prior to joining Fengate, Laurel was the office manager for GWL Realty Advisors’ corporate head office in downtown Toronto. Laurel has more than 15 years of experience in office administration, process improvement and supporting C-level executives.
Laurel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University.
