Jadran MacLeod
Director, Employee Engagement
Jadran MacLeod is a key member of the Fengate Human Resources team responsible for supporting employee engagement, performance and talent strategy, as well as health and safety initiatives at Fengate. She is also responsible for supporting the Real Estate team and Corporate Services team as their Human Resources Business Partner.
Prior to joining Fengate, Jadran was an HR Business Partner for Agriculture at McCain Foods Canada responsible for driving the people strategy for the division. Prior to this role, she was a Compensation Advisor at McCain and was responsible for implementing the pay strategy and designing incentive plans for 5,000 employees across Canada and the US in the manufacturing division.
Jadran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.
