Craig Dameron is a key member of the Fengate Human Resources team responsible for talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development at Fengate. With expertise in compensation and performance management, Craig is focused on the development and deployment of the firm’s total rewards strategy.
Craig joined Fengate in 2021 from McCain Foods, where he was responsible for global and executive compensation and performance program development. Prior to McCain, Craig spent more than seven years at Scotiabank split between their Corporate Total Rewards team and Scotia Wealth Management’s Human Resources team where he provided advice and expertise to over 3000 employees and executives across multiple businesses.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from George Brown College.
