Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Premica Thambirajah is a key member of the Fengate Human Resources team and responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment at Fengate. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner she is responsible for leading strategy and execution for talent acquisition across the firm.

Prior to joining Fengate, Premica was a talent acquisition consultant at Home Trust and responsible for strategic recruitment/talent acquisition initiatives organization-wide and leading the DEI recruitment strategy. Prior to this role, she was a talent acquisition specialist for Laurentian Bank Financial Group where she led high volume recruitment and managed recruitment for building and developing new departments.

Premica holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from York University.
