Andrew Konev
Senior Vice President, Development
Andrew Konev is a senior member of Fengate’s Real Estate group. He is responsible for the execution of the development and construction strategies of Fengate’s real estate portfolio, which spans across multiple asset classes and geographies. His experience and discipline in managing all aspects of the development process have been vital in delivering landmark projects across Southern Ontario. Most recently, Andrew has been working on the development of Fengate’s residential projects consisting of over 11,000 units, including the Rail Deck District, as well as the development of over 3M square feet of industrial projects across the GTHA.
Prior to joining Fengate, Andrew held senior positions for an institutional real estate manager and a condominium developer.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from University of Salford.
