Fengate recognized as a Best Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance™

Leading North American investment firm, Fengate Asset Management (“Fengate”) is proud to announce the firm’s recognition as a 2022 Best Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance, an honour received after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Canada.   

The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work® and to be eligible, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ and have exceptionally high scores from employees on the Trust Index survey.

Earlier this year, Fengate became a signatory for the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) Diversity in Action initiative that brings together limited and general partners who share a commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the private equity industry. The firm launched its EBID (Equity, Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity) Think Tank to help drive this mission towards fostering a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
