Leading North American investment firm, Fengate Asset Management (Fengate), is proud to announce that it has been named on the 2022 list of Best Workplaces™ for Today’s Youth.

Fengate received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90 percent confidence and a plus or minus 5 percent margin of error.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the past year, at least 30 percent of their employees must fit the Millennial or younger demographics and they must have minimum 90 percent positive response to the statement “I am treated fairly regardless of my age.” The recognized organizations are determined based on the overall Trust Index score from their youth employees.

“We are proud to be included on this year’s Best Workplaces for Today’s Youth,” said Lou Serafini Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, Fengate. “At Fengate, we strongly believe that the development of our future leaders is dependent on a supportive culture focused on growth.”

“Our firm provides continuous self-learning and development opportunities including our FUEL University program which offers in-house training and development designed to help our team members improve or enhance their current skills. I am thankful to our senior and executive team members for providing ongoing mentorship and encouragement to our young leaders of tomorrow.”
