Fengate Asset Management (Fengate) is pleased to announce Rishi Bajaj recently joined our senior professional team as Senior Vice President, Finance, Real Estate.
Based in our Oakville office, Rishi is responsible for Fengate Real Estate reporting, financial planning and analysis, valuations, debt, treasury, and other finance-related activities. As Fengate Real Estate’s finance lead, Rishi works directly with our investment, development, asset management and legal teams on development projects and properties across strategic asset classes.
Rishi is an accomplished real estate finance leader with more than 15 years of experience with complex transactions, detailed reporting and controls, planning, analysis, and valuations. Prior to joining Fengate, Rishi spent five years at Mattamy Homes as Vice President of Finance, where he led organizational realignments, ERP implementations and change management across multiple divisions. He was also responsible for the finance function for the largest division, operating across southern Ontario. Prior to Mattamy, Rishi spent several years working in multiple industries in both the public and private markets.
