October 5, 2018

Fengate is pleased to welcome Krudo de Jesus as Vice President in the Infrastructure division. Krudo rejoins Fengate, but this time on the senior professional team. Previously, he was an intern for the infrastructure team while pursuing his IMBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

With Krudo’s focus on Fengate’s infrastructure funds, he will support transaction executions, proposal coordination and researching investment opportunities.

Before rejoining Fengate, Krudo was an Associate Director on EllisDon Capital’s infrastructure team, where he managed transportation projects such as the Ottawa LRT Stage 1 and 2 as well as the Edmonton LRT Stage 2. Krudo also gained Infrastructure industry expertise as an Associate in Scotiabank’s associate rotational program on the Infrastructure, Power and Utilities desk.

Prior to his education at Schulich, Krudo gained a degree as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as well as a Master of Science in Construction Management from INTEC in the Dominican Republic.

This year, Fengate’s infrastructure team has successfully secured several projects in Public-Private-Partnerships (P3) and Energy, including developing Los Angeles World Airport’s Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility, the acquisition of Heartland Petrochemical Complex’s Central Utility Block and co-development partnerships with Texas-based solar company, PowerFin Partners, and Alberta-based power corporation, Greengate Power Corporation.
