Lou Serafini Jr. was quoted in the Financial Post on May 12 regarding the federal government’s recent actions to making the planned Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) a reality. The article followed the two major announcements by the government to move on this new entity: first, determining that the CIB will be headquartered in Toronto and, second, that they have launched the search for the bank’s inaugural chair, board and chief executive.
