Sylvia Augello is the Senior Manager of Leasing on the Fengate Real Estate team and is responsible for leasing activity across Fengate's office, industrial, and retail properties. 

Sylvia brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, starting her career in operations and construction then transitioning to leasing. Prior to Fengate, Sylvia worked at a variety of different ownership structures with properties all over Canada including REITs, family-run ventures, private equity and pension funds, and has established strong industry connections with landlords, tenants, brokers, contractors and vendors. Sylvia is active in the real estate community and holds a Real Estate License in Ontario.
