Sylvia Augello is the Associate Vice President, Leasing on the Fengate Real Estate team, responsible for leasing activity across Fengate’s office, industrial, and retail portfolios. Based in Oakville, Ontario, she oversees leasing strategy and execution for large, multi-asset portfolios, supporting asset performance and long-term investment objectives.

Sylvia brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, having begun her career in operations and construction before transitioning into leasing. Prior to joining Fengate, she worked across a broad range of ownership structures throughout Canada, including public, private, and institutional real estate platforms, and has built strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and contractors.

Sylvia is active in the real estate community and holds a Real Estate Licence in Ontario.
