Sandra Shemesh is the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Fengate, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of full-cycle recruitment across North America. In this role, Sandra partners closely with Fengate’s senior leadership to build long-term talent strategies, while cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders across Canada and the U.S.

Sandra brings over a decade of progressive experience in talent acquisition, having led high-performing teams and delivered impactful recruitment programs at Scotiabank, Barrick Gold and Deloitte. Her career is defined by a proactive, data-driven approach to recruitment, with expertise in building inclusive hiring pipelines and optimizing recruitment technologies. 

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honors in Finance from York University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She is currently pursuing a Certificate in People Analytics for HR Professionals at Toronto Metropolitan University.
