Rachel Fenner is responsible for overseeing contract compliance and the performance of third-party contractors on Fengate's public-private partnership (P3) projects. 

Prior to joining Fengate, Rachel was the Operations Manager for Johnson Controls at Milton Hospital. 

Rachel has a background in project coordination and operations and holds a FMP from IFMA.
