As a member of Fengate's infrastructure asset management team, Michael Nagy is responsible for a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, real estate assets and power facilities.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2023, Michael launched and led a stand-alone consulting line of business at Cardinal Group Companies, a vertically integrated real estate owner/operator and one of the largest third-party multifamily property managers in the United States. Michael began his career specializing in value-add and distressed asset acquisitions at Broe Real Estate Group, the wholly owned subsidiary of a multi-billion-dollar private investment firm in Colorado.
Michael earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Denver.
