Lauren Soave is a Director in Fengate's Project Management Office where she is responsible for implementing Project Management standards to deliver a wide range of complex initiatives across the firm. As Director, she also ensures the PMO's project portfolio is aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Fengate, Lauren was a Project Implementation Manager for Constellation 1, a leading vendor for data services, back-end, and front-end solutions where she led client website and CRM implementations. Prior to project management, she was a consultant at a boutique operations consulting firm in Toronto.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
