Karen Sihra is the Director of People and Culture for Fengate’s Infrastructure and Investor Relations teams, where she partners with senior leaders to align talent, culture, and organizational capability with investment strategy, stakeholder expectations, and long-term value creation. She brings over 15 years of experience across infrastructure, private capital, and financial services, with deep expertise supporting complex, regulated organizations.

Previously, Karen held senior People & Culture leadership roles at CPP Investments and TD Bank, where she worked closely with investment, risk, and corporate leadership on people strategy, leadership development, and enterprise-wide culture and inclusion initiatives.

Karen holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Aid Society, contributing to governance and oversight in support of vulnerable children and families. She is known for blending strategic insight with pragmatic execution and is focused on strengthening the people and culture foundations that underpin strong investment performance and investor confidence.
