In her role as Director, Compensation, Julie Li serves as a strategic advisor in shaping and executing compensation programs that align with Fengate’s business objectives and talent philosophy.
With more than 10 years of experience as a compensation partner in the financial industry, Julie brings deep expertise spanning wealth management, asset management, and personal and commercial banking. She specializes in incentive design and enterprise-wide compensation strategy.
Julie holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from University of Toronto, as well as a Master of Education in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Beijing Normal University.
