Team

Josh Levine is an Associate on Fengate Real Estate's Development team. He is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, financial modelling, and coordinating on development-related activities across the group's funds. 

Prior to joining Fengate, Josh worked as an Associate in Israel for a family office that acquired ~$1 billion USD of multifamily assets across the United States and retail assets in Germany. 

Josh holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
