Grant Richardson is a senior member of Fengate's infrastructure team, and his responsibilities are primarily focused on Fengate's closed-ended funds. He is responsible for a diverse portfolio of digital, power and transportation infrastructure assets, as well as providing oversight to strategic transactions across the infrastructure portfolio. 

Prior to joining Fengate in 2023, Grant worked for CIBC’s Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking team, focusing primarily on power, utilities and infrastructure assets and businesses. Grant began his career in project management with Aecon Construction and Materials Limited, overseeing the construction of civil infrastructure across Ontario. 

Grant holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science, specializing in Civil Engineering, from Queen’s University.
