As a leader at Dessert Holdings, backed by Bain Capital, she drove the company’s growth from $65M to nearly $1B in annual revenue through strategic vision and commercial leadership.
Prior to Dessert Holdings, Doris held progressive sales and marketing roles at Pepsi-QTG and General Mills, contributing to major brand and business successes. She currently serves on the board of Rubicon Organics and is in the process of joining another PE-backed commercial bakery platform.
