David Zhang is an associate on the Fengate Real Estate team where he is responsible for evaluating and executing strategic investment opportunities, leading due diligence, and managing transactions in seniors housing, industrial, and multifamily investments.
Prior to joining Fengate, David worked at Pure Industrial as a Senior Investment Analyst and at BentallGreenOak as an Investment Analyst.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Finance & Economics at the University of Toronto (Rotman Commerce).
