Daniel Lewis is responsible for the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities on behalf of Fengate’s real estate funds. He supports acquisitions across multiple asset classes, with a focus on financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.

In addition to transaction execution, Daniel supports the group’s fund management activities, including monitoring ongoing investment performance across Fengate’s real estate portfolios and master planned communities.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of International Business, from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University.
