Robert Mayhew, FMP
Vice President, Facility Management
Rob Mayhew joined Fengate in 2011 and is responsible for the technical asset management of Fengate’s infrastructure investments. He works exclusively on Fengate’s infrastructure funds, where he coordinates the asset management for Fengate’s portfolio of social infrastructure projects.
Rob is a facility management specialist with 26 years of experience in capital projects and facility management for healthcare facilities. He has direct responsibility for managing several social infrastructure projects where he leads client communication and oversees the delivery of construction and operations functions by third-party contractors.
Prior to joining Fengate, Rob was Director of Capital Projects and Director of Physical Facilities and Redevelopment at Southlake Regional Health Care, where he was responsible for the capital projects, operation and maintenance of a 400-bed hospital. At Southlake, he oversaw C$350 million of expansion and renovation activity.
Rob holds an Architectural Technologist diploma from Algonquin College and is a Facility Management Professional (FMP).
